Sales – Darren Thorn
Darren learnt removals from the ground floor up. His attention to detail was evident from his first day as an offsider. He gained his accreditation with AFRA for packing, inventories and loading and is a skilled pre-packer and loader. After eight years ‘on the job’, he became an estimator as a result of his strong customer focus and commitment. He completed the AFRA estimator’s training course in 2002 and has quoted hundreds of homes since. His skill in accurately assessing your needs ensures the right equipment, vehicle and men for the job.
He carries this customer focus through, by ensuring your needs are explained fully to the team on the day of your removal and then following up after the move to ensure your full satisfaction. You can email Darren at

    Operations Manager – Brian Molony
Brian has a vast experience in removals. Having graduated from university in Economics he then decided to take a change of pace by becoming a semi-trailer driver in the removal industry. His excellent work ethic and analytical thinking were evident from the start. As his removal experience increased he was an obvious choice to take over the operational role of the company. He liases between you and the men to ensure everything runs smoothly for you. Brian is also our backloading specialist – he quotes and co-ordinates the backloading part of the business. Customer Service – Lyn Carnovale
With a strong commitment to customer care, Lyn ensures all your concerns and questions are handled promptly and efficiently. She will ring the day before your removal to confirm your starting time, ensure your paperwork is completed correctly and be available if you require any further information.
