| As the men we employ will be responsible for moving your life’s possessions, we have strict criteria that must be met before we employ anyone. We run a rigorous recruitment process where each applicant is reference checked first with at least three previous employees as well as supplying us with two additional character references. |

Once we are satisfied that they meet our criteria, we train them to meet our ‘Service Excellence’ criteria. Evaluations are completed by clients regarding the men’s skill and attitude. This is then relayed back to the men who did the job.
We focus on praising them for a job well done and seek improvement if a customer notes anything contrary to our ‘Service Excellence” checklist. |

| Training |
| Ongoing training and assessment occurs for each member of staff. This includes packing accreditation courses, driver training courses, driver fatigue management and ongoing encouragement to continue to improve their skills and service. |

| Your Job – Your Requirements |
| Each morning, every team is given a review of the removal they are doing and your requests and expectations. They are there to ensure your moving day goes smoothly and your requests are met. |
