Remember “Slow and steady wins the race” but the pace may be starting to be fast and furious – just remember to:
..Avoid the urge to start tossing unrelated items into boxes. Keep packing in a systemised way, remembering to number your boxes and adding a description of what’s in them into your Removal Notebook.
..If moving out of the area, pick up any dry cleaning etc that may still be outstanding.
Dismantling
The following items need to be dismantled by someone prior to the removalists turning up unless it is specified on the quote that Gosford Furniture Removals or Karis removals will be dismantling certain items. This will be discussed at the time the quote is given.
Your quotation unless otherwise specified for the following items, is for their transport only and not dismantling or re-assembling them.
..Computer desks eg. from Ikea – prefab. These must be pulled apart of the owner takes full responsibility for their removal if left assembled.
..Swing sets
..Trampolines
Pet Equipment
..Aviaries – need to be pulled down and scrubbed clean
..Dog Kennels must be clean and hosed out.
