Always keep the lines of communication open between you and those involved in your relocation. This includes your real estate agent, your solicitor or conveyancer, your Removal Company and tradesmen.

Never Assume

• Don’t assume everyone knows what you know.

• Some people think that they may be annoying if they continue to ring. This can be easily resolved by being very clear with the purpose for your call.

• When those you contact know that you have a clear objective, they can clarify it for you.

• Be specific and clear with what you wish to convey or clarify. We appreciate being kept informed.
