1. Is the removal company a member of the Australian Furniture Removers Association (AFRA)?
2. Do you receive a written removal quote covering all the key areas of your removal and approved by AFRA?
3. Are you able to visit the removal company premises and see how the business operates first hand?
4. Does the removal company employ accredited and trained furniture removalists?
STORAGE  
5. Do they offer storage in a government approved facility?
6. Does the security incorporate CCTV and back to base alarms?
INSURANCE  
7. Is the removal company registered to be able to offer transit and storage insurance to their clients?
8. Does the removal company issue a Certificate of Insurance specifically in the client’s name, stating the insurer and the insured value and the type of cover offered?
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
